I've been gathering some amazing insights from my community over the past couple of weeks. I always say to my clients if you are trying to figure out what to do next in your business, what program or new service to launch, you need to focus on your existing audience. They are a goldmine of knowledge and you should be asking them for their feedback on a regular basis so you are giving them exactly what they need from you.
Never be afraid to ask those questions!
You're probably planning out what is next for you and your business in 2020. Perhaps you are thinking about what your service offering will look like and introducing a new programme for your clients and potential clients. That might be a group programme or something one on one which gives a higher level of support than your signature service. Now is a great time to reflect and work out what you will offer going forwards.
Perhaps next year you want to do more in person events. These are a great addition to your business and revenue stream. That might be regular workshops or even retreats if you are thinking on a bigger scale.
Whatever ideas you are mulling over at the moment, I urge you to look to your community first to see if there is demand for what you are looking to potentially offer.
There are a number of ways you can do that but essentially just ask the question. A great way to do this is through your mailing list as this is where your main client base is but you can also ask the question in your Facebook group if you have one and even on Insta stories via a poll.
Community building is one of the most important parts of build our business and our brand and we must be actively nurturing those relationships with our clients old and new.
Remember the insights you can get from your community are invaluable and they are the key to knowing what is next for you and your business.
