How to move out of self doubt mode

If you believed anything was possible.. what would you do right now? I just posted on my social media channel a quote which sums up so much for me.


Self doubt kills dreams. It's the most common limitation I see coming up for women in my community. It can stop all of us in our tracks.


We all experience self doubt from time to time, but how do you stop it from taking over your thoughts and blocking you from moving forwards? In my experience, self doubt can strike when you are about to do something out of your comfort zone, when you are struggling with a big decision or often when you are focusing too much on HOW you are going to do something, rather than WHY and not taking action. I know a lot of people are struggling with self doubt right now and it’s harder to stay motivated and believe you are on the right track when we are surrounded by uncertainty.

Some things which might help you

- I try and remind myself that I am exactly where I am supposed to be right now and surrender to that rather than questioning and over analysing. - I am focusing on what is possible rather than what I can’t do. This year has taught us to be more versatile and it’s important to be able to look for new opportunities and redirect your plans if you need to. - Stay in your own lane and don’t get consumed by what other people are doing. I always say be inspired by other people but do it your way. - Just do it! Whatever you are procrastinating on right now just put the idea out there. Being in business is a massive learning curve and we have to keep trialling and testing our ideas to know what works. So don’t sit on your dreams.
